Returns Policy

If you change your mind about your order or purchase (except earrings), you have 14 days from the delivery date to return your items using our free returns service.

For account holders, simply sign in and go to "Orders & Returns." Find your order and click "Start a Return."

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. 

Please be aware that we are currently unable to offer a free returns service for orders outside of the UK. Regrettably, the cost of returning your order will need to be covered by you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (except earrings). Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
